At Well Informed, we want to make sure no stone is left unturn and you get the most holistic experience possible while also learning how to train yourself for life.
We start by taking a thorough Health History before meeting. We will be asking for the following information:
- General health information (Age, Weight, Family history, etc)
- Current chronic conditions
- Sleep
- Nutrition
- Mental and emotional health.
- Current Exercise Habits
- Goals
- Current time committed to making a change
- Previous or current injuries you are dealing with.
In our discovery meeting we will dive in on every topic and discuss
- What are your goals? Not just for your wellness but personal, familial, and
- Current research, what I have seen, and things that have worked for you before to get you to where you want to be
If you want to make a change in your life for the better and agree to work with me you can expect the following:
