With a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Delaware, Michael has consistently been at the forefront of developing and implementing strategies that enhance physical performance and overall well-being. His academic and professional achievements are underpinned by a passion for helping others lead healthier, more informed lives.
Over the years, Michael has worked with a diverse range of populations, from collegiate athletes to industrial workers, tailoring wellness programs that address the specific needs of each group. His roles have included serving as a Certified Athletic Trainer at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, where he developed comprehensive health and safety protocols, and as an Industrial Athletic Trainer at PIVOT Onsite Innovations, where he focused on injury prevention and wellness education for factory workers.
Michael’s approach is holistic, encompassing not just physical health but also the mental and emotional aspects of wellness.
